How Do I Start an Evaluation?
Most evaluations can be done simply by email. Taking clear photos of your item or items from various angles is the first step. After your items are reviewed an in-person examination is scheduled.
How Much Do You Pay for Items?
Each item and collection are unique and there is no set pricing structure. Depending on the category, condition and current market value/demand of the item, the amount we will pay will vary.
What is Market Value?
Market Value is the current selling price of any given item. Market Values can fluctuate on a yearly, monthly or even weekly basis depending on trends.
Do You Pay Market Value?
Market Value is what we will expect to get for an item when it sells. The items we purchase may sell higher or lower than market value when we sell the item as it fluctuates constantly. Storage, Selling Costs and Market fluctuation are all factors we take into consideration when making offers on items or collections. We pay a percentage of Market Value that varies depending on the item and its individual characteristics.
Do you sell items on commission?
No. We purchase items and collections and take ownership of the item.

What area do you service?
We are located in Northwest Arkansas and immediately service Northwestern Arkansas, Eastern Oklahoma and Southwest Missouri. We will travel and ship for certain items outside of our immediate area.
Are there items you don’t purchase?
Yes. We do not deal in firearms or weapons. We do not deal with vehicle sales. We will also not deal in any illicit or illegal materials as well as items nontransferable across state lines.
